39 Underground is a gay sauna and bathhouse. It's called "Sam-Kao underground sauna" which means three nine underground saunas. This place is located near Saphan Kwai BTS station in the Phaya Thai district and is more popular among locals. The building has four floors with facilities such as lockers, a sauna, a steam room, and a gym area. On the top floor is an open-air section. This place has different themes every day like underwear nights or sexy clothes nights.
